What garment do you use?

We use the Stanley/Stella Blaster 2.0 T-shirt - a 100% combed, ring spun cotton tee with a proper oversized silhouette and dropped shoulders. It's heavyweight, pre-shrunk, and built to last. We chose it because it's one of the best quality blanks available and it wears beautifully.

How does the fit come up?

The Blaster 2.0 is a true oversized boxy fit with dropped shoulders - it's designed to wear big. We recommend sizing as you normally would. If you're between sizes and prefer a slightly more relaxed look, size up. If you want it a little more fitted through the body, size down.

Will the print crack or fade after washing?

Not if you look after it properly. We use high quality DTG printing and every garment is  checked by me before it goes out. Follow the care guide included in your order - wash cold, inside out, air dry, and your print will stay looking great for years.

How do drops work?

We release clothing in small, limited drops rather than keeping permanent stock. Each drop opens for a set window, usually 72 hours. Once the drop closes, pre-orders are fulfilled and that's it. No restocks, no leftovers. This keeps every piece genuinely limited and means we never overproduce.

Can I get involved in choosing future designs or colourways?

Absolutely! That's a big part of how Rooted works. We regularly ask our community on social media for input on upcoming colourways and designs. Follow us (@rootedshropshire on all socials) and keep an eye on our stories and posts to have your say on what comes next.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard UK shipping is £3.99 and tracked shipping is £5.99. All orders are sent via Royal Mail. We currently ship to the UK only. We are looking into shipping internationally in future drops.

When will my order arrive?

All Rooted orders are pre-orders, meaning we make your piece after the drop closes rather than from pre-made stock. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 weeks of the drop closing and you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each piece is made specifically for you as a pre-order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. However if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different to what was described, we'll always make it right. What if my order gets lost in the post?

We recommend choosing tracked shipping at checkout for peace of mind. If your order goes missing we'll investigate with Royal Mail and do everything we can to resolve it quickly. Drop us an email and we'll be on it.

How does the Woodland Trust donation work?

1% of every Rooted sale goes directly to the Woodland Trust, which is the UK's largest woodland conservation charity. After every drop closes we calculate the total donation, make the payment, and share the exact amount publicly on our social media and conservation page. No vague promises, just real numbers.

Why the Woodland Trust specifically?

Because they do meaningful, transparent work protecting the kind of places that inspired this brand - ancient woodland, wild spaces, and the natural landscapes that make the UK worth exploring. They operate right here in Shropshire too, which felt important to us.

Is Rooted an eco-friendly brand?

We're honest about this. Our garments are made from 100% combed cotton, which is a natural fibre, and we use kraft paper packaging and biodegradable mailer bags. Every single step that we have made has been done so with conservation in mind. We're not perfect - no brand ever is - but we're committed to making considered choices at every step and improving as the brand grows.
